How do I book a home?
Every project runs an on-site sales gallery during business hours, and a walkthrough usually takes about ninety minutes. We prefer people to see the actual home on the floor they are buying, so we schedule viewings at specific levels rather than showing a model unit.
Do you build on the client's land?
Yes, and it is roughly a third of what we do. We take on turnkey, design-and-build and joint development, and we have a separate land division that evaluates plots for planning feasibility, drainage and orientation before quoting anything.
What are the payment structures?
Typical structures are 10% booking, 40% on agreement registration, 40% linked to construction progress and 10% on possession. We keep milestone payments tied to verifiable site progress, and we publish a quarterly construction update to every buyer regardless of stage.
Are the projects RERA registered?
Every project we sell is registered with the Gujarat RERA authority, and each project page here carries its registration number. The numbers are on our website, on the site hoarding and in your possession letter — not only in the sales gallery.
Do you offer home loans and NRI services?
We work with six lending banks for pre-approved terms, and our Pune and Ahmedabad offices run a dedicated NRI desk that handles video walkthroughs, power of attorney documentation and repatriation timelines.
