Kaveri Heights

Kaveri Heights taught us how to build for people who already live here. We changed the window proportions twice during construction after walking the site at six different hours, and we changed the driveway because a parent told us she could not see the gate from the footpath.

The towers are slim, which means more façade per home and more daylight. The homes are simpler than our later work — we would design the lobby differently now — but the bones are good, and the residents have stayed.

Occupancy at ninety-four percent is the only review that matters to us.
